NexusEleven (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a web development studio based in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit n11.ae or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information directly from you when you:
- Submit our contact form — name, email address, company, the service you’re enquiring about, budget range, and timeline.
- Message us on WhatsApp — your phone number and the content of your messages, handled through the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Browse our site — standard technical data your browser sends to any website (such as IP address and browser type), collected only through our hosting provider’s server logs. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry and understand what you’re looking to build.
- Follow up with relevant information about our services, when you’ve asked for it.
- Improve our website and the way we communicate with prospective clients.
- Meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
WhatsApp & AI-assisted replies
Messages you send to our WhatsApp business number are processed through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and a private automated system we operate, which may use OpenAI’s language models to draft an initial reply and help us respond faster. A member of our team reviews and handles enquiries beyond an initial automated response. Message content may be processed by OpenAI, L.L.C. and Meta Platforms, Inc. solely to generate and deliver that reply — not for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business:
- Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
- OpenAI — to help draft automated first replies to WhatsApp messages.
- Cloudflare — to run the automation that connects WhatsApp to our systems.
- Hostinger — to host this website.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy and security terms.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and conversation records for as long as reasonably needed to manage our relationship with you and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
Depending on where you’re based, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, including under the UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted credential storage and access controls — to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using suitable means.
